Lesson of the week: Volcanoss

Resources - mostly because for some reason my printer won't print pdf files so I have to go somewhere else to print them off.  Or I might just take notes from them if I can get them to pull up on my nook. Having a little trouble finding materials mostly because this study is based for older kids but I think covering the basics of it in a one week lesson will be fun for a 1-2 grader.

Activity:
Build your own volcano, 2 paper cups, 1/4 c baking soda, 1/4c vinegar,  4-6 drops food coloring.  Put the cups together cut a whole the size of a dime in the top and decorate then fill.  The more vinegar the more 'lava'.
