Morning Green with my V

This is my breakfast :) I've been enjoying the juicing off and on for a while but especially for breakfast.  My V (Veronica) really enjoys it as well, so this morning I let her help me make it.  What fun :)

This is a Mean Green and it's supper yummy.  It has 2 apples in it that make it sweet and 6 kale leaves that add a very rich green color.   On top of juicing because I like to I've also started (trying) the weight watcher diet.  My mom has done this for a while and had great success. Just doing the point system which is free and you can find calculators one the web at at amazon (for kindle) for free to help figure the points.  Best of all I found a 0 point list that just happens to list all the ingredients to this wonderful green juice!

What I love most about juicing is being able to show my kids what good nutrition looks like.  Getting to spend time with my little one while we sit and enjoy our juice is an awesome experience that I pray lasts a lifetime.  Never take the time you spend with your kiddos for granted.  Build these routines and soak them up while they are young.

I cut up the fruit and vegies and place them in a large bowl and they they take turns (6 and 3 year olds) placing the food in the shoot to be ground into juice.  Then pour and enjoy.  Don't forget everything tastes better with a twisty straw!
