Marinade and Freeze steaks.

Freezer meals are so important to us.  We go shopping the first week of the month and that's it so we need food to last us all month in the from of meals.  Somehow if food isn't prepared and frozen it gets munched on before it's made into meals and by the end of the month we're eating a lot of toast (if we have bread left).
So that's why I freeze.

5 Prepared Steaks
I get the 10 lb bag of steaks from Food 4 Less for about $20.
There were 6 steaks (one eaten that night and 5 cut in two.)
So I have 5 bags with 2 pieces in each quart size bag.

I marinade with a different recipe every time till I find one I really like.
This one comes from food.com however I needed it for 5 bags so I multiplied it by 3.

I prepped my Ninja and just pored in
3 Tbs olive oil
3 garlic cloves
3 Tbs Worcestershire
3 Tbs white vinegar
3 tsp yellow mustard (or 1 Tbs)  Conversion charts rule!
3 Tbs soy sauce
Pepper to taste.

Quickly pulsate in the Ninja for a few seconds then divide into each bag and store in the freezer.
I made sure to pour the marinade between the two steaks so that it would coat all over then use a straw or a vacuum seal to remove the air from the bag and freeze.

The one thing that's awesome about marinating steaks or anything and then freezing it is; when you take it out to thaw it's soaking already. No mess no fuss.

Next Frozen french toast!
