New learning game for Jannel

Helping Jannel learn her phonics and numbers I created a board game with 26 slots (or rather a few). Each slot contains a number, letter or short word depending on the board. on the lines between each slot is a penny. Total comes out to 25 pennies which she turns in for a quarter (I use mostly fake money but some real pennies.)

She really enjoys getting a prize after each right answer. If she can't figure one out then we go over it until she gets it. We do the games most every day, so its more about repartition than anything else.

I've also been giving her coins for different chores she does around the house so she is learning more of the give and take. This seems to have ridden most of the give me because she has to work for what she wants. She carries the coins around in a little tin so she can keep track of the through the whole day. Each day we start over unless she has a lot of coin left over then we might change it in for something bigger maybe a new toy from the dollar store or something, depends on what she's interested in at the time.
