Little Big Planet Review

Ok, have you ever played Little Pig Planet? My husband got it once when there was a sony crash and it was part of a reward pack for faithful subscribers.  Or something like that.  Anyways it's not what he was expecting and I have a love/hate relationship with it.  This game seems simple and fun but it quickly gets very challenging.  That being said there is a two player option (which all games SHOULD have!) Just my personal opinion.  Games are so much better when you can share them with people IRL.

So after playing in the snow on a cold January day I come in to find my kids have already started a game of Little Big Planet and are working together and doing rather awesome! My 10 and 6-year-old are not always the best of friends.  They are very competitive against each other, so I was really surprised to find them working together and helping each other through rather difficult parts of this problem-solving game.

If you haven't played the game it's a rather simple concept.  There's a simple and often silly story line that leads you through and you simply have to get to the other end.  There are stickers and accessories to collect, bombs to blow up walls, things to grab on and go under over or behind objects all in an attempt to get to the other end.

I haven't seen them get along and work together this well over much any project.  So I'm giving this game an A+ in my kids category.  What do you think? What's the best games to incorporate teamwork.  PS3, PS4 or non-console?
